She started as a Documentation Executive, handling space bookings and carrier coordination. She later built partnerships as a Sales Manager, leading a team of five. As a Freight Analyst and Assistant General Manager, she managed multimodal shipments and negotiated key agreements.

Outside of work, Thu enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
