Live lobsters - they must be delivered within 48 hours to minimize mortality rates. On average, 4,000 live lobsters were shipped to the U.S. every 12 hours. Vicky successfully shipped out over 2 million live lobsters worldwide!

Dangerous goods - she pushed CN/CPKC hard to get her live loaded containers ingate to rail on the same day, she achieved 98% approval from CN for her live-loaded DG containers. This high success rate significantly reduced otherwise unavoidable costs for her clients. She doesn’t mind give herself more challenges but trying the best to help her customers.

Outside of work, Vicky is a total foodie and bubble tea lover. She enjoys finding hidden gem restaurants, especially ones with great Asian food, and loves trying to recreate her favourite desserts at home. Her friends often say she should open a mango pomelo sago juice shop.
